This is a small, warm and welcoming Primary School located within the Borough of Camden, Central London. The schools leadership team are looking to recruit 2 bright and personable graduates as classroom teaching assistants for September 2014. Such an opportunity will see the successful applicants work full time, supporting a range of pupils in class for an entire academic year. All applicants will need to have a good academic background, bags of enthusiasm and personality as well as a genuine passion for education and learning. Those with some child based experience will be at an advantage, as the head teacher is keen for somebody to hit the ground running.

Each role will be to work within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, working in class in a general capacity. You will need to support a number of pupils of varying abilities including those with special needs, English as an additional language and those of lower and higher ability within the class. Applicants should have a calm, approachable yet professional manner and show good initiative and versatility.

The school is located 10 minutes from Euston via the over ground. Despite its central London location, the school makes good use of the space available. It is a modern and well resourced school site that adds to the overall appeal of this wonderful school. As a Catholic school, all staff are asked to simply be empathetic and supportive of the schools faith but not required to be a practising catholic.
